Pick-up from your hotel in Lima
We will start very early with the pick-up from your hotel in central areas of Lima, approximately between 4:50 a.m. and 5:20 a.m. From there, we will depart in a tourist vehicle heading to the Paracas beach resort, located in the province of Pisco, on a trip of approximately 4 hours along the Panamericana Sur.
Ballestas Islands Tour
Upon arriving in Paracas, we will head to the El Chaco dock to board modern boats. We will take a tour of the Ballestas Islands, located in the Paracas National Reserve. During this boat ride, you will be able to observe a great diversity of marine wildlife such as sea lions, Humboldt penguins, cormorants, pelicans, flamingos, and many seabirds. You will also see the Candelabro geoglyph, engraved on a sand and stone dune in front of the sea, while the guide explains the different theories about its origin.
Free time at the Paracas beach resort
After the tour, those who wish can enjoy the sun, the sea breeze, and walk around the boardwalk, where there are restaurants with an excellent variety of seafood dishes (lunch not included).
Transfer to Ica and visit to Huacachina
We will transfer to the city of Ica to visit the famous Huacachina Oasis, surrounded by enormous dunes and palm trees. Here you will have time to walk around the oasis, relax, or take photos. Afterwards, we will have a unique desert adventure with a ride in sand buggies.
Visit to Nietto Winery – Pisco Route
We continue to the local Ica Winery. Here we will learn about the artisanal process of making Peruvian wine and pisco since the 19th century. During the visit, you will see traditional pieces such as clay jars and huarango presses, still in use. At the end of the tour, we will enjoy a guided tasting of wines, piscos, creams, and infusions, all accompanied by typical Ica expressions that make the experience more entertaining.
Return to Lima
After a day full of nature, culture, flavors, and adventure, we will start the return trip to Lima. The service concludes with the transfer to your hotel, closing an unforgettable day along the southern coast of Peru.
