04:00 hrs: Hotel pickup
We start early to make the most of the day. Our transport will pick you up from your hotel in downtown Cusco to begin the journey south.
06:00 hrs: Breakfast in Cusipata
We will arrive in the town of Cusipata, where we will enjoy a nutritious breakfast to recharge before heading up the mountain.
09:00 hrs: Arrival and hike to Palcoyo
We begin the easy hike of approximately one hour. Along the way, you will see the three rainbow mountains, the valley, and, if we are lucky, the incredible red river. You will have plenty of time for photos and to explore the stone forest.
12:00 hrs: Return to transport
We will walk back to our vehicle to begin the descent, with the satisfaction of having conquered the mountain range.
13:00 hrs: Buffet Lunch
We return to our restaurant in Cusipata for a well-deserved buffet lunch with typical dishes from the region.
17:00 hrs: Arrival in Cusco
