We will walk through San Pedro Market, the oldest in Cusco. Our chef will teach you to identify yellow chili, different types of native potatoes, and exotic fruits. Here we will buy everything we need for our class!
11:30 hrs: Hands on! Cooking Class
We arrive at the cooking studio. We will start by preparing and toasting with a refreshing Pisco Sour. Then, under the chef's guidance, you will prepare an appetizer and an authentic main course, learning Peruvian cutting and seasoning techniques.
13:00 hrs: Tasting and Lunch
The most awaited moment. You will sit at the table to enjoy the dishes you prepared yourself, sharing a pleasant moment with the group.
